About the Role
Position Type: Full-time, permanent, Direct-Hire

Compensation
- Off-Peak: $18/hour
- Peak Season: $21/hour
- Peak runs Aug – Dec
- $100 First Day Bonus
Hours of Operation:
- Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Some Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shifts:
- Selected during final orientation, different shifts available, 40 hours a week, full-time
- Consistent weekly schedules
- Overtime available during peak season

What You’ll Do
You will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice who helps customers feel confident about choosing the right health coverage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers by phone, email, and online chat
- Explaining health insurance plan benefits in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Completing plan and cost comparisons to help customers choose the best fit
- Supporting new members and guiding current members during their annual review
- Navigating multiple computer systems with confidence
- Delivering compassionate customer service that builds trust
No License? No Problem — We Pay for It!
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a Health Insurance License, and we’ll fully sponsor it.
You must be able to pass your state’s exam:
- PA: Health Exam
- NC: Health & MedSupp Exam
You’ll also secure nonresident reciprocal licenses for additional states—all supported by us. - Only a one week, self-paced, course, all online, free to you!
